Carbon Footprint Reporting
Company eligibility criteria
A voluntary scheme, which determines annual carbon emissions. Companies use this reporting as a means of monitoring their progress on carbon reduction and informing the public of their carbon reduction commitments and achievements.
SJAL offer the following consultancy services:
- Reviewing company structure and derive the scope and boundaries to be analysed
- Collate relevant energy consumption
- Calculate associated greenhouse gas emissions
- Determine at least one intensity ratio
- Agree a base year emissions and intensity ratio
- For ensuing years follow the above methodology but compare previous years data and review changes
